At United Deals, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay. Whether the item wasn’t quite what you expected or arrived damaged, our priority is to help you resolve it quickly and fairly.
📦 Online Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags.
- A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We know returns can be inconvenient, so we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
📨 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info.udtx@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation provide pictures if need it.
Once your return is approved:
- We’ll send you step-by-step instructions.
- Please do not send back any items without prior authorization, as we are unable to process unauthorized returns.

🚚 Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards or heavily discounted items

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info.udtx@gmail.com. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we’ll work promptly to make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest option is to complete the return process and place a new order separately. This ensures that you receive the product you want without delay.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
